DAY 1: TANGIER – ASILAH

15 days tour from Tangier, Our representative will meet you at the airport or in Tangier’s port. We start our journey towards Asilah, where we will spend the morning getting to know Tangier. One of Morocco’s most colorful intriguing, and interesting cities, is known as “the entrance to Africa”.

Visiting the Hercules Caves, we traveled to Asilah. Legend has it that this is where Hercules, the mythological hero, slept after completing his 12 tasks. The cave’s entrance overlooks the Atlantic, and at high tides, it is regularly flooded. The views from within the structure are magnificent.

Arrive at Asilah, a little seaside village that is without a doubt one of the most beautiful in the north of Morocco, with its small medina characterized by blue houses and walls decorated with colorful drawings.

DAY 2: ASILAH – RABAT

 We’ll have breakfast before departing for Rabat, often known as the City of Gardens. It is Morocco’s administrative capital. It is a contemporary and traditional city at the same time, a dynamic combination of ancestral and modern culture. Colorful hillsides and mountains surround you. With its harmonious gardens, luxury boutiques, shops, and flowers, the city are lovely in and of itself. Time to get to know the city on your own.

DAY 3: RABAT – CASABLANCA

Breakfast and departure across the Atlantic, heading towards Casablanca, the economic capital. You will have a full day to discover Morocco’s beautiful metropolis and the famous Hassan II mosque, one of the world’s highest temples one of the few that permits non-Muslim tourists to visit.

DAY 4: CASABLANCA – ESSAOUIRA

After breakfast, we went along the Atlantic, enjoying a beautiful coastal landscape to the city of Essaouira. Accommodation in Riyadh and free time to explore the city. Essaouria is a World Heritage Site, that maintains the charm and authenticity of a land lost in time.

This is where the Mediterranean ends; the last walled fortification on the Atlantic shores. The bay of Essaouira, bathed by the waves of the islands of Mogador, is a paradise for fans of wind sports.

DAY 6: MARRAKECH – MARRAKECH

Guided or free day (depends on you), to continue describing the numerous corners that make up the city; One of the 4 imperial cities of Morocco. Famous for possessing numerous monuments recognized as World Heritage, and its well-known Jemaa el Fna square.

You can visit its different and characteristic neighborhoods, the modern city; Guéliz, Hivernage, Palmeraie, Mellah (the Jewish Quarter) or let yourself be carried away by the sinuous streets of the Medina, until the Jemaa el Fna square, a scene of endless outdoor activities; jugglers, musicians, fakirs, snake charmers, minstrels … that awaken all your senses, with its multiple sounds, aromas, flavors, and colors that characterize it.

DAY 7: MARRAKECH – OUZOUD WATERFALLS – MARRAKECH

Departure at 8 a.m. for the most famous waterfalls in Morocco, located near a village with the same name. Its impressive 100-meter-high mountains are what give strength to the waters of El-Abid. We will go through different towns, enjoying their life and landscapes.

Once we get to the Cascades they will have free time to enjoy nature (it is common to find small monkeys). We will eat at the restaurant with views of the fantastic waterfalls and if we have heat, the traditional dip in the river, we will not be the only ones.

Return in the afternoon to Marrakech and transfer to your Hotel/Riad.

DAY 8: MARRAKECH -TIZI N-TISHKA – THE GORGES OF DADES

Departure from Marrakech passing through the High Atlas crossing the Tizi N’tichka Pass, on the slopes of the mountains you will see Berber villages and farms. We will continue to Ouarzazate Hollywood in Africa, and then along the road of the Mil-Kasbahs, from here we will take a track through which you will have the opportunity to appreciate the tranquility of the mountains inhabited by Berber nomads, you will discover a new sense of everyday life.

DAY 9: GORGES OF DADES – GORGES OF TODRA -MERZOUGA

After a rich breakfast at the hotel. We leave for Merzouga crossing the Gorges of Todra, where you can take a pleasant walk between its imposing canyon of walls of more than 200 meters of altitude, until the exit towards the desert through the palm grove of Tafilalet. Arrive at the hotel at the foot of the dunes, where you can walk through the fine sand of Erg Chebbi, relax and enjoy this impressive landscape. At night, you will taste a delicious Moroccan dish.

DAY 10: MERZOUGA – DAKAR TRACKS – ERG CHEBBI

After breakfast we will leave, with our 4×4 to start the tour through the dunes Erg Chebbi, a desert region populated with sand: Among the numerous stops that await you, we will discover how and where nomadic families live in the area, wild oases in the middle of nothing, spectacular landscapes, and small desert towns, palm groves, etc.

Inevitable stop on our way through the town of Khamlia, people from Mali, who will make us enjoy a beautiful concert of Gnawa music, while we savor a delicious tea.

Then we return to the hotel, where our dromedaries await us to depart on a route of an hour and a half, breaking through dunes, until we reach the heart of the desert to contemplate the beautiful sunset. Sheltered by the Great Dune, and enjoying the music of the drums, dinner, and a delicious Berber tea, you can contemplate the immense sky of stars and sleep in nomadic tents.

DAY 11: MERZOUGA – ZIZ VALLEY – MIDELT

We have to get up early, so as not to miss the spectacular sunrise. Climb your dromedaries to take another route back to the hotel. After a rich breakfast and shower, we continue our way to Rissani.

Where we will walk through what is known as the most authentic and traditional souk in Morocco, and the largest in the south of the country, where it is traded with all kinds of handicrafts, food, and animals. We continue via Erfoud, the ancient gate of the desert, a city famous for the work of fossils, crossing the impressive Ziz Valley, with its more than 18,000 palm trees, until we reach Midelt. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

DAY 12: MIDELT – MEKNES – FES

Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Fez through Meknes, where we will visit the famous Roman ruins of Volubilis. Then we continue our way to Fez and dedicate the rest of the day to discovering the city.

DAY 13: FEZ – FES

Excursion, guided or free day (it depends on you) to know Fez; Another of the 4 imperial cities. Morocco is considered the religious and cultural center of the country. Its university, famous for the study of Arabic and the Muslim religion, is a point of passage for many Moroccan students.

You will have time to walk and know its different neighborhoods, the new zone or Fès el-Jdid, where you will find the Mellah (the Jewish quarter), the Ville Nouvelle (New Town), the French zone in the northwest of the city and, of course, Fez the -Bali, the old area, inside the walls.

You can walk through its streets and feel how it transports you to past worlds in which potters, forgers, artisans, and donkeys loaded with merchandise from different origins coexist with tourists who travel through its labyrinthine streets. Also famous for the souk of the tanners, you can be part of the artisan procedure of medieval roots through which they can give those vivid colors to the leather. Accommodation in Riyadh.

DAY 14: FES -CHEFCHAOUEN

We breakfast in the Riad, we left in the morning towards Chefchaouen Charming little town that is located in the foothills of the Tisouka and Megou mountains, of the Cordillera del Rif, which rise above the town like two horns, thus giving the name to the city ​​(Chefchaouen in Berber means: «look at the horns»)

A city with very little traffic of cars, where you can breathe a clean and fresh air that invites you to stay to discover the beauty of the place and its surroundings.

DAY 15: CHEFCHAOUEN – TANGIER

Free time until the right time to leave for Tangier and transfer to the port or airport and end of our 15 days Tour Tanger Marrakech.
